Salim is a high academic achiever and is passionate about adding value at the board level and is currently pursuing an MBA. Results-driven, committed to accuracy and fact-based decision-making by adopting a logical and analytical approach.
Salim is a non-practicing Solicitor who works as a Corporate and Finance consultant for Witan Solicitors. Salim graduated with a bachelor’s in law from the University of Birmingham and is currently undertaking his MBA at the same university.
Salim trained as a Solicitor at DLA Piper and previously also worked at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Clyde & Co.
Salim is a high academic achiever with extensive emerging markets experience in East Africa having previously lived and worked in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He is an effective problem solver, and project manager and is passionate about adding value at the board level.
As part of his previous training, Salim is used to absorbing large amounts of material and assimilating detail quickly, comfortably analysing complex drafts and at the same time navigating regulatory issues. He is results-driven, committed to accuracy and fact-based decision-making by adopting a logical and analytical approach. He enjoys working in teams and thrives in challenging situations.
