Qarrar Somji
Solicitor-Advocate
Qarrar qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2014 having previously had experience in a varying range of litigation roles. He graduated with a Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham in 2009 writing his thesis on Employer’s Liability for Work Related Stress.

Associate Solicitor
Ada is an Associate Solicitor at Witan Solicitors. She joined the firm as a Litigation Executive in August 2020, became a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
Aliya Abid
Assistant Solicitor
Aliya completed her LLB, LPC and LLM at Birmingham City University from 2017 to 2021. She joined Witan Solicitors as a Litigation Executive in March 2022 and has experience in Family Law, Civil Law and Employment Law.
Kirstie Gallagher
Assistant Solicitor
Kirstie previously studied English and Film and obtained experience in film production, e-commerce, copywriting, and events, before reading Law at the Open University.
Kirstie joined the firm as a Litigation Executive in 2021 while studying her LLM in Legal Practice at BPP, before completing her training contract at another firm prior to her return to Witan.
Linda Roze

Linda fulfils a wide array of critical responsibilities that align with the firm’s objectives, ensuring its seamless functioning. Her key duties include managing finances, daily cashiering, and credit control. She oversees the firm’s compliance with SRA Accounts rules to safeguard clients' money and manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the firm operates smoothly and efficiently.

Rosie specialise in advising on Wills, trusts and powers of attorney. She has many years’ experience in this area and works hard to ensure that her clients receive the best advice possible.

Jasia is a Trainee Solicitor at Witan Solicitors. She joined Witan Solicitors in May 2024.
Jasia specialises in Employment Law, advising both employers and employees on matters such as unfair dismissal, workplace discrimination, redundancy, and breaches of employment contracts.

Xiao joined Witan Solicitors in September 2024 as a Litigation Executive and has previous experience in Civil Litigation, Immigration, Renewable energy and medical sector.

Harveen completed his bachelor’s in Law with Management from Aston University in 2022. Harveen has also completed his SQE 1 and currently awaiting to complete his SQE 2 Qualification.
