As providers of legal services to SMEs and individuals, at Witan Solicitors we are committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Corporate social responsibility is important to our staff and we take our responsibility to wider communities seriously. We seek to minimise the impact we have on the earth’s finite resources while aiming to maximise the impact we have on the well-being of those we serve.

We recycle 100% of the paper that we use. The recycling providers we use comply with the environmental management system ISO 14001.

We embrace diversity in our business and try and ensure our staff reflect this. Recruitment and promotion is always on merit regardless of background. We believe that as a business we have a responsibility to engage with our local community.

The firm contributes a percentage of its income to local charities and regularly supports staff and clients who raise money for their own charitable causes.

Part of the electricity we use at our Birmingham office is generated through solar power.
