Jasia obtained her LLB with First Class Honours and her LPC with Distinction from City, University of London. She joined Witan Solicitors in May 2024 as a Litigation Executive, bringing with her valuable experience gained as a Paralegal at a reputable law firm in London.

While specialising in Employment and Defamation law, Jasia also has extensive experience across various areas of Civil Litigation, including private nuisance claims, breaches of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, and harassment matters. Additionally, she has experience in corporate document drafting.

Now a Trainee Solicitor at Witan Solicitors, Jasia is dedicated to developing her expertise and advancing her legal career.

Jasia is a Trainee Solicitor at Witan Solicitors. She joined Witan Solicitors in May 2024.

Jasia specialises in Employment Law, advising both employers and employees on matters such as unfair dismissal, workplace discrimination, redundancy, and breaches of employment contracts. She has effectively engaged with ACAS, drafted claim forms for the Employment Tribunal, and negotiated enhanced ex gratia payments in settlement agreements. Jasia offers clear and strategic guidance, focusing on achieving favourable outcomes while navigating the complexities of employment law.

In addition, Jasia has extensive experience in Defamation Law, having handled numerous cases involving libel and slander. She is dedicated to helping clients safeguard their reputations, resolve disputes efficiently, and prevent further defamatory statements from being made, ensuring her clients' interests are fully protected.

Jasia also has significant expertise in managing harassment claims, advising clients on both workplace and personal harassment matters. She is committed to ensuring her clients' concerns are taken seriously and their rights upheld, providing guidance throughout the legal process to secure effective resolutions.

Furthermore, Jasia has dealt with a wide range of tenancy disputes, including cases involving landlords failing to protect deposits within a recognised scheme and assisting with possession orders.
