Kirstie previously studied English and Film and obtained experience in film production, e-commerce, copywriting, and events, before reading Law at the Open University.
Kirstie joined the firm as a Litigation Executive in 2021 while studying her LLM in Legal Practice at BPP, before completing her training contract at another firm prior to her return to Witan.
When Kirstie’s not in the office, she enjoys live music, art, film, and spending time outdoors.

Kirstie specialises in litigation, and all aspects of court and dispute resolution, helping her clients to understand complex legal principles through a holistic approach appreciated by those she advises.
She is confident pursuing, negotiating, and advising on cost-effective resolutions, through understanding her client’s priorities, the commercial practicalities, and the legal reality in each case.
Kirstie accepts instructions from individuals and companies in all areas of litigation and disputes, as well as offering her services in commercial matters, and contract drafting.
Notable Cases
R v G [2024] – successfully proved to the Court that client’s property was owned by her solely, despite the title, to protect her home from being sold
S v M [2024] – avoided court proceedings or any settlement through tactical correspondence
H v C,D,P [2024] – obtained a generous award in the Employment Tribunal for a client who had experienced sexual harassment discrimination
M v S [2024] – successfully defended a claim in the Employment Tribunal
C v C [2024] – assisted her client in pursuing a TOLATA claim, advising on Part 36, and settling the dispute
M v M [2024] – advising her client without unnecessary cost, to resolve a delicate issue avoiding the need for court proceedings in a case concerning lasting power of attorney
R v P [2024] – assisted in preparing and resolving a lengthy partnership dispute, obtaining a settlement and costs for the client
L v L [2025] – prepared financial remedy proceedings and negotiated a settlement at an FDR
W [2025] – presented case to the Court to successfully obtain an extension of time
