Xiao was born in China and moved to the UK at a young age. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is intermediate in Cantonese and French. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and podcasts on personal development. Xiao often practises mindfulness and is an enthusiast in health and fitness, regularly attending the gym to maintain physical well-being and discipline.

Litigation Executive

Xiao joined Witan Solicitors in September 2024 as a Litigation Executive and has previous experience in Litigation and Immigration Law, as well as renewable energy and medical industries.  

Xiao handles a wide range of litigation matters at Witan Solicitors, with a focus on commercial and civil litigation. Xiao has assisted in diverse matters for both private and corporate clients. Including shareholder and director disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, probate disputes and banking disputes.

Xiao completed her LLB at Oxford Brookes University in 2021 and graduated from her LPC LLM at The University of Law in 2024, writing her research report on ‘The Complications of Alternative Dispute Resolutions and the need for reform’.

Her academic and professional experiences have equipped her with a wide range of skills including attention to detail, analytical thinking and effective communication. Xiao’s empathetic and results driven approach to helping clients ensures that her clients achieve the best outcome and is completely satisfied.
