We used Witan Solicitors for an ongoing dispute that we were having with one of our suppliers. We had been contesting over £7,000 of fees for over 12 month and then we asked John to get involved. After a couple of emails and one phone call the software provider backed down and accepted our settlement offer of £750. During the call John guided us through the contract. John advised that the fact that they had sent the software to us on a CD meant that there was a precedent for our case to be won. When we came off the call, John advised us that we, in fact, didn’t stand a chance of winning the case if it went to court. So, we were really shocked when they accepted the settlement. John really does know his stuff and it was a privilege to watch him in action. We really felt as though he cared about our case and he fought for us even though we had little grounds to win.
